Years of wage growth, a rising PFRON mandate

In April 2025 the then-current series for average wages passed PLN 9,000. For most companies that was a news item. For a company paying the PFRON mandate it pointed to an increase nobody had negotiated. The Statistics Poland figure passes through a quarter, publication and the following months before it reaches a company's assessment some seven to nine months later. Time travel, except the bill always arrives.
